Privacy Policy for Mac, iPhone and iPad Applications
At Neural Techlabs SRL, we take your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our macOS and iOS applications.
Appcenter SDK:
Our applications use Appcenter SDK, which collects and sends crash logs to our servers. This data is used for analysis to improve the stability and performance of our applications. The data collected includes information about the device and operating system, the version of the application, and the events leading up to the crash. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Support Emails Tickets:
When you contact us for support via email, we collect and store your email address and any other personal information you provide to us. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to provide support for our applications. We keep support emails tickets until they are resolved, after which we delete them.
Third-Party Services:
We may use third-party services, such as analytics tools, advertising networks, and social media platforms, to improve our applications and to promote our business. These services may collect information about you, such as your device information, IP address, and usage data. We only use third-party services that comply with industry-standard privacy practices and that have their own privacy policies.
Data Security:
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
Our macOS application integrates Amazon CloudWatch to enhance reliability, performance monitoring, and fault tolerance across AI-related features. Amazon CloudWatch serves as a secure intermediary for tracking the status and availability of API requests sent to the OpenAI platform. Importantly, CloudWatch does not store, log, or retain any of the content or data included in these requests—ensuring complete protection of user information and communication.
This setup is designed to introduce a layer of redundancy and failover, enabling the application to maintain a consistent and stable user experience, particularly during times when OpenAI’s API may be under heavy load or experiencing latency. Both Amazon Web Services (including CloudWatch) and our macOS application infrastructure adhere to industry-standard security and privacy frameworks, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 compliance. This ensures that data is handled responsibly and securely throughout every stage of transmission and processing.Changes to Privacy Policy:
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
